How can I pay for my order at www.easyxclusive.com?
We support the following payment options at www.easyxclusive.com:

Cash On Delivery (available in selected pin codes). COD is now available for all BD orders, and you can choose it as the shipping method and also the payment method on the checkout page.

How does the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work?
www.easyxclusive.com's Cash on Delivery option allows you to pay order value at the time of delivery for all orders. To pay for any order using Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment, please select the 'Cash On Delivery' option on the payment page. Cash on Delivery option is available only in selected pin codes with an additional fee of 60 Taka

Why can’t I see the COD option on my payment page?
If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to the following reasons:
1.Our courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery option for your delivery address.

What is COD limit?
www.easyxclusive.com reserves the right to determine the COD limit for every customer and/or orders but we do not have any limit for the COD order right now. The COD limit includes any undelivered, unpaid orders and any new orders being placed.

What should I do if my payment fails?
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page to place your order. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on www.easyxclusive.com?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on www.easyxclusive.com. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.
Delivery charges may be extra depending on the total value of the products in your cart and our shipping policies. Please check our shipping policies for the same.

I am being charged GST amount on my order. What is GST?
Goods and Service Tax ("GST") is a destination based tax on consumption of goods and services. GST is levied at all stages right from manufacturer up to the retailer who sells the goods for final consumption. Customers are the ultimate bearer of the taxes and there is no cascading of tax as tax payable at each stage is available for set-off.

How is the GST amount decided?
Following rules will govern whether or not GST will be applicable to the products purchased by you:
1. GST applicability: For a product, If a seller is required to get registration under GST, the seller then have to charge the GST on all of its sales.
2. GST amount: The amount of GST collected from customer depends on the category:

-Apparel/Clothing: Max 12% of net payable (MRP - product discount - coupon discount) will be collected from the customer.

-Footwear: Max 18% of net payable (MRP - product discount - coupon discount) will be collected from the customer.

-Home Furnishing: Min. 5% - Max. 28% of net payable (MRP - product discount - coupon discount) will be collected from the customer.

-Accessories/Other Categories: Max 28% of net payable (MRP - product discount - coupon discount) will be collected from the customer.
The amount of GST shown at the cart level is a mere estimate. The actual GST payable shall be determined basis the warehouse (based on the availability of the products) from where the goods are being shipped, which will be checked once the order is placed. Only in case of GST being lower than the estimate GST (based on the warehouse from where the goods would be shipped), the customer would be notified of the same and any additional GST paid by the customer would be duly refunded to the customer.

If I return/cancel the purchased product will the GST/VAT amount charged be refunded?
Yes. If you return the product the applicable GST/VAT amount will also be refunded into the source account selected at the time of return initiation. However, no refunds of GST/VAT shall be made in relation to shipping charges collected from the consumer under

 www. easyxclusive.com’s shipping policy.

What is www.easyxclusive.com’s Shipping Policy?

We strive to deliver products purchased from easyxclusive in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Also, for all the purchases, that totals to ৳1000 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of ৳150 will be applicable to all the orders under ৳1000.

If the order is cancelled (before it is shipped from our warehouse), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive the order confirmation email and sms once you place the order containing the tracking number, using which you will be able to track the order status. Please make sure you leave the correct contact details and email for us to reach out to you. If you fail to receive the order confirmation notification please write to us on service@easyxclusive.com

How can I check if easyxclusive delivers to my PIN Code?

You can find out if www.easyxclusive.com delivers to your PIN Code using the courier serviceability tool available on the payment page. Please tap on “Check Delivery options” and enter your area PIN code in the respective field to get the required information about standard order delivery time and availability of Cash on Delivery for the products selected. The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has been updated.

Why is the COD option not offered in my location?

Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner, who is servicing to your location - to accept cash as the payment mode, at the time of delivery. Our courier partners have certain limitations on the payable cash amounts during the delivery; that depends on the destination and if your order value has exceeded its due limit.

How are orders placed on Easyxclusive delivered to me?

All orders placed on www.easyxclusive.com are dispatched through our courier partners such as Redex, steadfast Etc.

Does buynclicks deliver products outside Bangladesh?

No. At this point, www.easyxclusive.com only delivers products within Bangladesh.

How can I get my order delivered faster?

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such services and your area pin-code is serviceable, you will receive the necessary communication from our end.

I have received a partial item/partial order or an Untenanted/Void packet?

Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:

  1. Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.
    You may be required to share information’s like, short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario) and the snapshots of the packet and other boxes (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users)
    3. The refund for prepaid/Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation

You may not be liable for a refund, if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:

  1. Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
    Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box(if any)
    3. If a pilferage delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day.
    4. You must not dispose the packaging for at least 3-4 days post-delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.
    5. You have used the item for which claim has been raised.
    6. In case of a component missing from a multi-component item such as Kurta, Bed-sheets, inner wear sets etc. then only the exchange return option would be provided basis serviceability and product type.

 

Return Policy

We're happy to share about the Return policy offered to our customers. With this option, if you don't like the product or if there is any issue, you will have the option of requesting the return request within 14 days (may vary product to Product. For details, please check the item page at the time of ordering) from product delivery. At this moment, we are not able to facilitate the exchange of the products. The only requirement of the return policy is that the item you're returning should be in its actual conditions. Tags and packaging should remain intact and the dress should not have been used. Once the item is received at the warehouse, there will be a quality check post which the refund will be processed. You're more than welcome to try on the product; however, please take adequate measure to avoid any damage to the product.

You can now email us for appling for the return request. Remenber to submit your return request within 14 days from the order is delivere, or your application will be rejected.

Your application email must contain the following details like pickup address, expected time for pickup and bank details in case of COD order.

Once we have received your return request, our team will review your request and once the request is approved, our courier partner will be aligned to pick up the order as per your prescribed date and time, subject to availability. The refund will be processed when the product is delivered to our Warehouse and meets the quality parameters of the item. There will be no refund issued if the received product does not pass the quality check.

Please note, the amount will be refunded for the items only, other fees like shipping fee, cod service charges etc, are non-refundable. Also, our shipping partner will pick up your returned items at no extra as of now.

There are some exceptions in return policies of some items.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

1. Some products like fine jewelry, watches and selected products which are susceptible to damage can only be returned for a limited number of days. Please read the Product Detail Page to see the number of days up to which a product can be returned once delivered.

2. All items that need to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. In case you have purchased an item, which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then your gift item also needs to be returned in order to process the required refund.

4. www.easyxclusive.com will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. If an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, www.easyxclusive.com would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the Customer.
